the Gym's diary part 4: the exercises
It is amazing how everything is so synchronized at the gym. We start with some cardio (like 15mnts of it) and then we go downstairs for some lightweight exercises (other 20mnts) and then, depending on the instructors they send us back to cardio (up to the 4th floor!!) or to use the machines. Since I want to lose weight, they have sent me back to cardio twice. After all of this, we do some relaxation exercises. But what amazes me is how the routines start every 20mnts in every floor. So, you can catch them up and go up or downstairs without losing anything. Efficient, hu? The diet is better now. At least I can eat chicken, tuna, cheese and Turkey and I lost 7 pounds already!!!
